DNA Clean-up and Concentration

Zymo Research offers a versatile portfolio of DNA clean up kits that are ideal for obtaining ultra-pure, highly concentrated DNA from a variety of sample types, including crude extracts, enzymatic reactions, and agarose gels. The DNA Clean & Concentrator kits effectively remove salts and proteins while concentrating DNA in as little as two minutes. This rapid purification technology is also available with specialized columns in our Genomic DNA Clean & Concentrator products for the clean-up and concentration of high molecular weight DNA. Our OneStep PCR Inhibitor Removal technology is ideal for completely removing common PCR inhibitors, such as polyphenolics, humic acid, and melanin, from extracted DNA or RNA prior to performing PCR. The Select-a-Size DNA Clean & Concentrator and Zymoclean Gel DNA Recovery kits allow for precise DNA size selection, either from extracted DNA or TAE/TBE buffered agarose gels. Several of our DNA clean-up product lines are also available in 96-well plate or magnetic bead formats for the rapid isolation of high-quality DNA from multiple samples simultaneously using either manual or automated processing. DNA recovered using Zymo Research's clean up kits is suitable for sensitive downstream applications such as PCR, sequencing, cloning, in vitro transcription/translation, and microarray.
