ZymoPURE Plasmid Kits - Plasmid Purification Kits
ZymoPURE Plasmid kits are the fastest and simplest plasmid kits available to efficiently isolate transfection-grade plasmid DNA from E. coli (up to 3 mg in 16 minutes). These plasmid kits feature our advanced ZymoPURE purification technology, including a modified alkaline lysis system and patented binding chemistry, enabling the recovery of highly concentrated plasmid DNA (up to 6 µg/µl) directly from a spin column using microcentrifuge.
Instead of time-consuming gravity flow columns found in conventional transfection-grade plasmid kits, these plasmid kits utilize vacuum filtration and binding for rapid sample processing. Furthermore, the eluted plasmid DNA is ready for immediate use, without the need for alcohol precipitation. Resulting in the purification of transfection-grade plasmid DNA up to 9 times faster then traditional methods.
As an added convenience, these plasmid kits contain colored buffers that permit error-free visualization and identification of complete bacterial cell lysis and neutralization. The wash regimen of these plasmid kits has been optimized to ensure the eluted DNA is free of endotoxins, salt, protein, and RNA resulting in plasmids that are suitable for sensitive applications including transfection, in vivo injections, gene editing, recombinant viral vector production, PCR and sequencing.
