    Description

Endura Tn5 Transposase is hyperactive mutant of Tn5 Transposase with a proprietary formulation to confer superior stability, efficient tagmentation, and reliable consistency between experiments. Endura Tn5 Transposase allows for easy, rapid, and consistent library preparation for next-generation libraries such as whole genome sequencing, shotgun sequencing, targeted sequencing, single-cell sequencing, and ATAC-Seq.

    Format Liquid, 50% glycerol
    Concentration ~12.5 µM, ~1 mg/ml
    Optimum pH 7.5
    Optimum Temperature 55°C
Storage Store at -20°C, For long term storage, store at -80°C.

EnduraTM Tn5 Transposase is a hyperactive variant of Tn5 transposase with a novel formulation to confer superior stability. It can maintain its activity over many freeze-thaw cycles as well as incubation at room temperature.

EnduraTM Tn5 Transposase can be inactivated by addition of 10x Stop Buffer to a final concentration of 1x in your reaction, following by a 5 minute incubation at 75 °C.

Yes, you can load EnduraTM Tn5 Transposase with any custom adapter sequence, of any length, as long as the 3’ end contains 19-bp Mosaic-End sequence (5’ – CTGTCTCTTATACACATCT – 3’).

EnduraTM Tn5 Transposase – Loaded has been pre-loaded with equal molar amounts of the P5 and P7 adapters by Illumina:

    P5 – 5’-TCGTCGGCAGCGTCAGATGTGTATAAGAGACAG-3’

    P7 – 5’-GTCTCGTGGGCTCGGAGATGTGTATAAGAGACAG-3’

Note: The mosaic end (ME) sequences are underlined.
