HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter at Zymo Research Corporation, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions if necessary.
• Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• SHRM or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated base compensation range for this position is $24 to $50 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
