DNA was extracted using the ZymoBIOMICS®-96 MagBead DNA Kit (Zymo Research, Irvine, CA) and total DNA was quantified using the Qubit 1X dsDNA HS Assay Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA).
