The RNA Clean & Concentrator™-5 was used to clean sgRNA and in vitro synthesized Cas9-encoding mRNA. We used the RNA Clean & Concentrator columns during our high-throughput sequencing library preparation. We used them to remove enzymes and buffers between each enzymatic reaction.
